🌱 Why Visual Journal was born

For a long time, I also fell for the idea that results should be fast. Miracle diets, express methods, and promises of change in a few weeks sound tempting… until you realize they almost never work in the long run.

That’s when I understood something essential:

Transforming your body isn’t a race against time — it’s a lifelong project.

My own experience taught me that real changes —whether learning a language, adapting to a new country, or transforming your health— take time. There are no shortcuts. They’re built with small decisions repeated many times. And even if progress isn’t always visible right away, every step counts.


💡 I’m not a health expert, but I am an expert at trying again and again

I’m not a nutritionist or a health professional, but I do have something that has shaped my life: the experience of starting projects, failing many times, and moving forward. Over the years I’ve launched ideas that didn’t work as expected, but every fall taught me to lose my fear of failure and to understand that results only come when we keep trying.

I applied that same principle to my health. I failed several times trying to get back in shape… until I realized I needed to approach it like any serious venture: with strategy, consistency, and a long-term view. That’s when everything changed. I’ve been on this path for over a year and I’ve experienced real transformation — not only in my body, but also in how I think.

Today I know that what keeps me steady isn’t momentary motivation, but managing this change as a project: with goals, tracking, and a clear purpose.
